Out Of My League

 This post was supposed to begin with a picture taken on a walk yesterday of a business I passed—"Hill Robinson, Yacht Management Consultants." Unfortunately the picture didn't come out very well, so I axed it.
 

Back "En Selle" Again

 In case you're wondering, "en selle" is "in the saddle," en français. And I'm back in the cooking saddle, at any rate. Tony is on sabbatical, and I'm along for the ride. At the moment he is a "Distinguised Visiting Professor" at the Paris School of Mines, Cote d'Azur campus. You can tell how highly he is valued, because he was presented with BOTH the special mug AND the special pen.

Rather than explain to everyone individually why I've been AWOL, I decided to put up this post to let you know what I've been up to. I've been away, and as so often happens when one is away, things didn't quite work out how I had planned.

Those of you who are younger than me (and I suspect that's a lot of you) may be wondering what on earth I'm talking about.  Those of you who do know what I'm talking about may be wondering what my point is.  So here goes:
